Shipping and Returns
Honeybee Technologies ship anywhere in the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and Canada. We process all orders immediately upon receipt of payment. Shipping charges are determined based on the provider and delivery speed selected by the client. Email confirmation and tracking information will be sent once the order is shipped.
We offer a 30 day DOA (dead on arrival) and 10 day good/unused warranty on all items unless specifically stated in the listing. If you need to return your item, please contact us for a RMA number. Items received without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to you. All refunds will be credited after testing. If your item is not defective a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Please contact us to start the RMA process.
